CHOOSE YOUR SIZE

After taking your circumference measurements correctly, refer to the charts to find the size that corresponds to you.

For shapewear, the size is determined by the intersection of two specific values listed in the chart:

Underbust (numerical value based on the anatomical measurement)
Cup size (A, B, C... where B corresponds to the standard underbust measurement, while A/C... represent reductions or increases relative to the underbust)

If your measurements fall between two sizes, prioritize the underbust and waist measurements to ensure proper structural fit.

For all other garments with standard sizing (S, M, L, …), find your size by simply locating your measurements in the chart.

If your measurements fall between two sizes, I recommend choosing the one that feels most comfortable for you.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CORSET

The construction of these garments combines the delicacy of pure silk with the natural qualities of genuine leather.

To preserve their integrity and shape over time, it is essential to avoid home care: even the gentlest machine wash could damage the corset.

We recommend having them cleaned exclusively by professional facilities specializing in the care of leather and fine fabrics.

The corset does not require frequent cleaning: as a general practice, we recommend airing out the garment after each use.

To preserve its shape, it is best to store it flat inside the provided protective bag.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

To me, every corset is a work of art that deserves to be preserved in the best possible condition.
In case of wear and tear or minor damage, I offer a professional repair service. Contact me for a consultation: I will assess the work needed to restore your accessory or corset to its original condition.

Note: The cost of the service may vary depending on the extent of the work required, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

Every Silvia Gioana creation is shipped via express courier to ensure it is handled with the utmost care during transit.

To ensure complete transparency, each shipment is assigned a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as the package leaves the Atelier, allowing you to track your order’s progress in real time.

Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Italy

Domestic shipments have a flat rate of €9.90.

Shipping is free for orders over €130.

Estimated delivery times are 3–4 business days from the time the courier picks up the package.

Note: Although we strive to ensure maximum punctuality, any logistical delays beyond our control are solely attributable to the carrier’s services.

Europe – European Union

€14.90 for France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Spain (excluding islands and remote territories), Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and Hungary

Europe – Non-EU

€19.90 for the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and Monaco

Note: As these are territories outside the EU customs union, any charges related to duties, local VAT, or customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will be requested by the courier upon delivery.

North America

€29.90 for the United States and Canada

Asia and the Rest of the World

€39.90 for Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates

Customs Duties and Taxes

For shipments to non-EU territories (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway), the recipient is solely responsible for paying customs duties, import VAT, and local customs clearance fees. These costs, determined by the customs authorities of the receiving country, are not included in the order total and must be paid directly to the carrier or the relevant authorities at the time of import.

Returns

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Every piece is made exclusively to order, following a production process tailored to each individual purchase. To ensure the uniqueness and integrity of our artisanal process, we do not accept returns.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For items eligible for return (excluding made-to-measure or personalized items), you can download our Return Form here and send it to info@silviagioana.com within 14 days of receipt.
