General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Subject Matter of the Contract
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of Silvia Gioana brand products made online through the official website.

Each order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

Product Characteristics
Given the artisanal nature of the creations, each item is unique. Minor variations in the shades of the silk or the texture of the leather are not to be considered defects, but rather a testament to the authenticity and handcrafted nature of the product.

 

Prices and Payments

  • Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
  • Payment must be made at the time of ordering via the methods indicated (Credit/Debit Cards, digital payment systems). Cash on delivery is not available.
  • For shipments outside the EU, the price does not include customs duties and import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

 

Shipping and Delivery

  • Italy: € 9.90 (free for orders over € 130). Delivery within 3–4 business days.
  • International: Rates vary by geographic region.
  • Any shipping delays attributable solely to the carrier are not the responsibility of the Brand.

 

Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with the following procedures, which vary by product category:

  • Lingerie and Custom-Made Items: Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods that are made-to-measure, clearly personalized, or which, for hygienic reasons, cannot be returned after opening (such as corsets and garments in direct contact with the skin). All sales in this category are considered final.
  • Accessories and One-Size-Fits-All/Standard Items: For components, accessories, and non-personalized items, returns are permitted within 14 days. The product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
  • Procedure: All return requests must be pre-authorized by submitting a written request to customer service. The refund will be processed after the item’s condition has been verified.

 

Legal Warranty and Complaints
The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. Any complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package through official support channels (email or chat).


Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and models on this website are the exclusive property of Silvia Gioana. Reproduction, even in part, is prohibited without written authorization.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, the competent court shall be that of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, provided it is located within the territory of the State.
